A gallery for contemporary Swiss art with expertise in exhibition management and art consultancy— the König Büro in Zurich presents emerging artistic positions in Switzerland and mediates contemporary art in exhibition concepts and collection consulting services.
ABOUT US
Galerie König Büro was founded in 2020 in Zurich. The gallery represents contemporary Swiss artists and provides long-term support for their work. Its program features emerging national and international artistic positions. From 2020 to 2024, it regularly presented solo and group exhibitions in its gallery space in Zurich Wiedikon. Since 2025, Galerie König Büro has been collaborating with galleries located in the center of Zurich. In March 2026, the first guest exhibition will open at Galerie Stephan Witschi.
The gallery’s program spans painting, drawing, and photography, as well as sculpture, installation, and video. The focus lies on oeuvres characterized by formal originality, personal authenticity, and lasting relevance. The gallery supports artists who engage with both aesthetic concepts and social identities and emancipatory movements with intensity.
Originally conceived as a company for exhibition management and art consulting, Galerie König Büro has been overseeing art productions since 2013.
